I appreciated Neff"s attention to detail - from the website to the initial consultation when Fred's expertise and thoughtfulness came through; I knew I had a good partner to work with. Fred's team has also been incredibly helpful and kind. I found the best attorney for my needs and couldn't recommend Neff enough.

I called for a consultation, but was screened heavily by the receptionist. I was told they didnt practice that kind of law but their website says that they do. It wouldve been nice to have an attorney tell me it wasnt in their scope of practice versus the receptionist. I was also told that because the company I had a problem with was farther away from their practice that it was likely too far away and Im like OK, where this occurred is desolate farmland Im not going to find anybody in Close proximity. I needed somebody in Minnesota though. Nobody cares to help us.

100 dollar consult fee after you explain everything to a receptionist screener. I have a background in HR and there is a case, I will keep shopping and work with a more professuonal firm. No thanks!
