Leif Rasmussen, On a recorded phone call from today, I called you to talk to you about the Welch Companies LLC Taxes. You did not finish this conversation because you hung up on me. In this conversation, you acknowledged that the Judge Shurer in washington county did in fact rule that the ownership of the business was 50/50. Additionally, I should also mention to you that a judge in Scott county allowed me to go back to the dealership because Kathy Welch Or Ryann Hawkinson could not prove that the business was owned by Kathy Welch 90%. On a recorded call you also stated that you didn't agree with the judges orders. So you consulted with the CPA accounting firm and told them what the ownership was. By the way, on a recorded phone call (I can provide for you if you wish) John from the CPA agency also acknowledged that Ryann was given power of attorney by Kathy Welch, and YOU failed to provide him with the correct ownership, of 50/50 ruled by two different judges. One in Washington County, and the other in Scott county. You consulted with John according with him a month or 2 ago, and he states that you told him to file it as a 90/10 ownership. Giving the IRS FALSE information is a federal offense. Just because you do not agree with the judges in Washington county and Scott county, does not give you the authority to keep pushing forward and authorizing or even consulting by providing false information or FALSLY assigning any power of attorney of 90% ownership over to Ryann Hawkinson. I will have the Taxes Amended, And I will also be filing a grievance against you if you do not fixed this by Friday. Remember, you acknowledged this in a recorded phone call from today, and I also have John's phone call recorded stating that you were the one that told him to do the ownership at 90/10. Let me know if you want that recording. In the meanwhile, you have failed to provide any proof, that the ownership wasn't 50/50 other than on the recorded phone call where you stated that you were just going by the previous taxes filed. THAT was not your choice nor should you have communicated that. It was clear that Ferdinand Peters, an attorney, had set the ownership at 500 Shares Each. Those Documents were signed by both Myself and by Kathy Welch. Again, if this issue is not corrected, I will be contacting the Minnesota Bar Association, and filing a grievance for unethical practices and consulting to file false information with the IRS. You have until Friday by noon, to communicate with me that you are working to resolve this issue.
