        Went into the store for a few pieces @ 11am today. There were 4 people working and less than 5 customers. I spent 10 minutes looking around and not a single associate acknowledged me or offered to helpthey were too busy at the registers talking to each other and folding sweaters. Will not return as this is terrible service

        Shopping online is a complete no for j crew! They charge 7 dollars for all returns, and you have to get get your package scanned at the post office. Meaning standing in line. Its is shockingly i convenient and expensive.
