Please believe every review you see. If I could have rated this place a 0 I would. Dont move here with any intention of getting your deposit back regardless what work you put in or even if theyre in the wrong. These apartments are the closest thing to a scam and I dont even leave reviews. I moved here being impatient and having the intention theyd fix their damages and never did and I still got charged for it. Not to mention the amount of bugs Ive dealt with for my whole experience that crawl through the vents. Management doesnt return calls, answer the phone or take accountability. I had to just come to terms Ive been played out of my money because even the higher ups wont even help. Be aware of your renters laws when considering Courtyard apartments.

I was looking for a place to rent but after reading the posts & pictures of the Apartment they're renting, it make sick. If you see any fake comments saying nice things about the apartment, & they know very well what is happening in the apartment is all unnecessary know they're part of those who running the place

Went for a viewing and I saw everything that I needed to see. The building manager did not seem very knowledgeable about her own building. Had SO MANY EXCUSES for why the building looked the way that it did and why things were not up to par. I can only imagine what itd be like being a tenant. Will not be returning!
