        This complex is a hidden gem in Edina. Management is so nice, great communication, complex is always spotless (including the garage!), maintance requests are handled with great timing and done well, it is so quiet and peaceful here. The apartments themselves are built and function really well. I genuinely feel lucky to live here. I really appreciate the team here as they really put in effort to ensure this is a nice place to live and thats so rare to find.

        Ive been living at York Place going on 3 years and feel a warm sense of home here. The maintenance team exceeds expectations, theyre professional, know their work well, and are always accommodating & respectful with requests. Management staff also provide excellent respectful & kind service, which sometimes includes treats posted at your door. The building is always clean, the rent is affordable, and I love the amenities in my home.

        I absolutely love the neighborhood and the managers/employees couldn't be friendlier! It's a great place to live and good feeling to know that they care a great deal about their residents.
