The company that is there, Radius Global Solutions, is by far the worst place to work. My coworker told me that you cannot have your cell phone on your desk. The policy states the same thing. No use of your cellphone should not be at your desk. No personal calls should not be done at your desk. Here's the clincher. I follow the rules exactly how everything is stated but it's okay for my coworker to receive calls from her desk phone. My other coworker can check her phone sitting at her desk. Another can listen to whatever she's listening to with headphones. Need I say more makes me sick. You got the gist here so I'll end here.
