        DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! THIS PLACE UNBELIEVABLY SUCKS!!!! nothing about this place is luxury the administration is absolute TRASH and does NOTHING to assist ANYONE!!!! things break CONSTANTLY and the maintenance is PATHETIC!!!!! they take FOREVER and do not care about your experience at all!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

        This is my 2nd time living at The Bower and its hands down the best renting experience Ive had. The building is beautiful and the community leasing staff are fantastic. Brynna and Thompson have always been quick to respond and are bubbly and kind every time I see them. The building itself is well-designed and the quality is better than anything else Ive found in the Twin Cities. The community is quiet, neighbors are friendly and you cant beat the location. Youre walking distance to just about everything you could need and the airport is a quick 13 minute drive. 10/10 would recommend to anyone considering the Edina area.

        The Bower Edina lacks respect and fails to honor commitments. Their primary focus seems to be extracting additional charges for unexpected items, making it challenging for residents. Despite leaving the place spotless, obtaining your deposit back is an uphill battle. Referral promises are empty, and attempts to receive a check lead to constant runarounds. Be cautious their actions suggest a priority to take from residents rather than uphold their commitments. Trust with caution. Update: Despite assurances, it's been five months since I relocated, and I'm yet to receive my deposit or the promised referral check. Emails have only offered lip service with no follow-through.
