        2/29. David and Andrew at the ep location. Promptly, curiously adjusted 2 pairs of glasses PERFECTLY. Couldn't be happier with their professionalism. Visionworks will be my place going forward, as they have been for years. Scot Krause

        I have several experiences at this store. Some good some bad. I am more concerned about the quality of last set of glasses. One of the screws on the arm will not thread into the bottom hinge. The store could not get it to thread. I have spent a lot of time on it and think the bottom hinge is not threaded and will not accept a screw. The screw has always been not threaded on the bottom but just noticing it now as it has loosened a bit more. They are not that old and probably out of any sort of warranty. No fix offered. The chat session is a generic chatbot and absolutely no help. might go back, might go across the hall to another store.
