        Long time customer. They missed a pickup day so I called and got it scheduled for the next day. They missed the rescheduled pickup. I called a 2nd time to reschedule again. They missed the 2nd reschedule. I called again and they offered me a $4 credit for the 3-missed pickups. I talked with a manager and they wouldn’t make things right. Sadly, this isn’t the only time it has happened. I am now looking for a new trash service provider and I would recommend you do too.

        We use them for work and they have given us great, reliable service. They were super accommodating when we switched service pickup.

        Worst service in the WORLD! I do 60 roofs a year for a company that does over 500 roofs a year and these guys are always late always miss pick ups and if your trying to contact them, they don’t answer GOOD LUCK IF U USE THESE BUMS!!!

        Republic failed to pickup yard waste on the scheduled day. We have called 4 days in a row to report it and have been promised service, lied to and hung up on. Still the yard waste remains. Worst customer service I have ever received.
