        I'm relatively new with them but have had a shockingly high amount of missed pickups so far, and their reps seem to have no understanding of how the organics recycling collection in my city is supposed to work or be billed for. The pickup service is fine if it happens, but this is definitely one of those "you only have one job" things so it shouldn't be an if. We're the only house on our street with Republic and now I see why. I'm giving this two stars because overall they've been quite nice on all the times I've had to call them which is a complete 180 from our previous provider, but overall I'm very disappointed and can't recommend.

        This rating is more for the Assistant Account Manager, Ree Rolle, than it is about Republic Services. We have been with Republic at this location for some years now and have been satisfied with the services provided during that time. Recently we heard from Ree who contacted us just as we were starting to do our annual vendor contract review. She and I talked about appropriateness of the size and frequency of the lifts and she then worked out a monthly plan that saved our tenants a significant amount over the years time. Ree is the kind of employee that all service companies are looking for. Thanks, Ree.

        I worked with Jordan Kes to setup trash pickup services by Republic for my HOA. I can't say enough good things about Jordan: 1-she was always fun, pleasant, and professional 2-she was extremely cooperative about meeting our specific needs 3-she was very flexible with timing as we worked through the complicated process of coordinating trash pickup for 165 units. 4-she was patient and gave advice about how to manage the previous hauler who was not demonstrating cooperation 5- she was responsive to every question within hours if not minutes 6- in short her customer service was superlative
