Been a customer since 2008 and never had an issue until now. I deposited a check into the ATM and it bent the check to where you couldn’t see 2 numbers. Instead of pulling the check from the ATM to fix the issue, they took the money from my account, made me wait for a “substitute check” to come in the snail mail, deposited the substitute check and the branch manager said everything was g2g, and then same day took the money out again because the numbers on the substitute check they mailed me weren’t legible. I’ve incurred fees over this and no one seems to know how to do their jobs (at the branch or the call centers). Worst bank ever, thinking it’s ok to screw over their customers and are ok with it. As soon as everything clears, this account will be closed for good. Wells Fargo banks are crooks who deserve to be shut down for their unethical business practices and horrendous customer service.

Stop ignoring the commercial line. Stop allowing people who are not with businesses to go through this line. Also, having one person working the drive through at times is ridiculous. One poor woman working when there is quite literally 14 cars in line. It takes me over an hour every Friday and Saturday that I am here for work.
