      image Tim from Ron the Sewer Rat did a great job of diagnosing and repairing our basement water backup. He was very patient and showed us on the camera what he was seeing and how he was going to approach the repair. He also explained the costs and made sure we were on board prior to doing anything beyond the initial diagnosis. We were very happy with Tim and Ron the Sewer Rat.
