We just had a great experience with Adam. Our water heater was about to burst and was leaking badly. The office was very responsive and had someone out the next day (I didn't know how bad it was when I called or I would've requested same day, but I said that the next day was fine and that was what I got, ahead of schedule by an hour which I'd noted would be great.) Adam explained clearly the differences between models and actually down-sold us to what we really needed, so no high-pressure sales tactics. He also took a look at our water softener and is helping figure out if there is a problem with that. If there is, I will also request that Champion replaces the softener and my laundry tub. The price was extremely reasonable when compared to several other quotes I'd requested the day before. Adam and his team mate were respectful of our house and kept the work area neat, even though getting the old heater out was a mess due to the nature of the leak. To summarize, full points for:
- Very timely
- Very polite
- Great product and plumbing education without talking down to me, who looks like a flaky housewife
- Fair prices without high-pressure sales tactics
- Conscientiousness with our house
