I have used them several times for various issues. But I have to say the service is really gone down hill. Had loose lug nuts after tire change and that was after I took it back in for them to look at because of the noise I was hearing. They said everything was fine and sent me on my way. 2.5 hours to change 3 tires. Lacking properly trained staff. I will not be going back.

The technicians are mediocre at best, it took over two hours to have two low beam light bulbs replaced. The front desk gal seemed to just like to walk around and look important. The customer areas & bathroom were very dirty and would be non presentable to most customers. I am very confused as to how this place stays in business, truly. This place used to have very good service & techs when it was NTB staff. When I left, I double checked the work personally and discovered the tech not only left the o ring off the bulb but it was in my lens assembly. This is unacceptable as a result of negligence , laziness or lack of knowledge period. I returned to ask the front desk gal, which turned out she is the assistant manager. I asked her if the techs double check their work before delivery of a customers vehicle. She replied with of course I asked if the tech could come out to see what I was seeing. Folks, if you bring your vehicle here, double check and triple check the work period. The younger tech was very nice and said someone else finished the job. He apologized and was professional about the situation, I certainly appreciated his apology. However, Rule #1 as a tech do not let other techs finish a job another tech started. This visit to this repair shop certainly called into question the lack of skill sets of some of the techs. This is supported by not only the time it took for two low beam light bulbs, but also the result of not double checking work. The second tech came out and said he was going to flag down the other tech before it pulled out but tech had to go to bathroom. Regardless, I will never return to this shop this is the typical show up for work & kinda know your job scenario in my opinion.
