Made an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change for 1:00 PM. Pretty simple operation. Ive always loved Tires Plus until now. Didnt get a call about it being finished. I pulled up almost around 5:00 PM and they said it was just finished. Four and a half hours later. Glad I didnt sit in the waiting room the entire time . Awful experience. Guys working wont give you a straight answer on literally anything. And dont seem too interested in taking their jobs seriously. Wont be going back.

Brought in my tire for a leak at the rim ( not a puncture or tear), paid the 50$ fee but the issue was not resolved and the leak persisted. Staff was not able to tell me what they had done to the tire and service took far longer than neighboring business which did the repair correctly and for free. Poor customer service at the desk and an expensive service for the work not to be done correctly. Will not be returning to this business.

Quick to get in (same day as I called) with friendly and knowledgeable staff that made things as easy as possible giving me a tow company contact that could be added directly to my bill and up front pricing.

They wont mount and balance brand new tires just because you didnt buy the tires from them, seriously? Very disappointed since the location is convenient and Im happy to pay for good quality work especially when its local to me. I have never had a shop not offer mounting and balancing regardless of where the tires are from.
