THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE I WOULD RATE ZERO IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!!
I brought my phone in for a screen repair which I was and I quote "absolutely no problem". I payed for the part then waited for the part to come in, the part finally came in and in the process of attempting to replace my screen the destroyed my 1000 dollar phone . After having the phone back in my possession over a weekend these issues came to light so I called them to let them know. I was told to bring the phone in so they could take a look and fix the issues fast forward two weeks and I get a call that my phone is unfixable. I was offered a refund for the price of the repair (260$)in return for them completely destroying my 1000 dollar phone as it was returned to me without a screen and massive gouges on the inside of the phone. I was then told the refund was all they could do. I was also told that they would never work on this kind of phone again as that was a suitable excuse as to why I am now out 1000 dollars. I now possess a 1000 dollar paper weight if you would like to avoid the same fate PLEASE TAKE YOUR PHONE ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
