Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

I went here on January 31 2020 to get new phone Service and got to the end to pay with my card and there computer crash but they got paid so she cancel the whole thing then she restart the whole thing over but I never got my money back but they want me to pay them again but I only had $18 dollars left in my account so she call the main company and they give back my $18 dollars back in five minutes but the $140 dollars gone it’s 9:16 pm now and nothing they got money out of me and I didn’t get anything plus she never give me a receipt or anything else I will never do anything with Them plus I was there almost 3hours there computer keep crashing

This place is a scam. The billing system will take you off the "auto pay" and then suspend your account. Then they will charge you $15 extra for a "reactivation fee" before letting you have service again due to their own negligence. Its only a matter of time before they are sued for fraud. Do not go through Cricket or AT&T.

I went here and paid my bill and the payment was not found by the corporate system. Also the sales people at the store were trying to sell me new phones that I told them clearly I didn't want and wouldn't like. It was a very frustrating visit. Not a fan of the service I was given.

Very bad cellular provider. I've seen some bad ones but unfortunately this one tops them all, as bad. One of many things off the top of my head they do, is give out your number to places that will call you on DAILY basis! ... insurance companies, MANY scammers,etc. So if you're wondering how their prices are lower than the rest, well, that's how they do it...their lower rates and prices on phones come at a later price.
