DME EXTERIORS INC

They redid my roof two years ago. They dropped nails behind my facia which caused damage to the facia. They refused to take care of it. They did not flash correctly, so now I get water underneath my shingles running down into my soffits. When I spoke to him, he said it was because of the ice dams but its already happening again this year with no snow on the roof. He was very argumentative. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Recent update: I was contacted recently. They are going to try to address the issue. We will see how it plays out.

After having an unpleasant experience with another contractor, DME was recommended to me. I was hesitant to restart the process. I spoke with Dan and shared some of my concerns with my last experience. Dan and a Chris were great throughout the entire process. They were very straight forward regarding pricing and options. They provided suggestions and made recommendations. I couldnt be happier with the work that was done and how everything turned out. It is a relief to know that they really cared about their work and my peace of mind. Thank you!

Dan was great to answer my phone call during the winter of 22/23 when I had a roof the was leaking and window. I knew that I needed some windows replaced but to get someone lined up to do the roof as well I thought would be a challenge. He had someone out to do measurements and laid out the price and timeline. And working on a 103 year old house roof can be a challenge but his crew did amazing. And I'm loving the new windows and french door I had replaced with a sliding door. Plan to use DME again for when I need more windows done. Can't thank Dan enough.

We recommend DME Exteriors Inc. we talked to Dan and Chris about siding the house and replacing a few windows. They were very helpful in showing us what the siding would look like, and the cost would be. Chris was very dependable, and he cleaned up after every day. After the house was done, we didn't have to turn up the heat past 60 degrees.

DME Exteriors completed a roofing job on our barn. In preparing the bid, Dan was responsive to my questions and provided pictures of similar projects they had done. Dan's bid was competitive and solid. The project was started and completed within a reasonable time frame. Questions or concerns I had during the project were addressed. When rain occurred during shingle tear-off, Dan responded to my call, and the crew leader Arlen went the extra mile in providing a timely & effective response. As with most construction projects, a few questions arose, but I was never left without an answer or an informative discussion. When the project was complete, the crew left the site clean. The project required no unexpected work, and in turn, there were no unexpected charges. My experience with DME Exteriors was positive and they earned my trust.
