Rich slobs and handimen welcome!!! If you like your trash room to be overflowing with clogged chutes, dirty hallways, and public areas that smell like dog pee, you will thrive here!! Plus, if youre good at fixing things, youll get much more practice while youre here! Your bathtub faucet wont work and the fridge shelves will crack and break. The management must assume that everyone that lives here must be really good at repairs because they most certainly dont do them. Furthermore, I hope you dont want your car to stay where its parked because they LOVE to tow cars just because they can. If youd like your bank account to run dry and your mental health to decrease with every overpriced payment, LIVE HERE NOW!!!

Lyra is a very nice place to live. They are always very clear with their rules of what is and is not allowed on the property. The Lyra staff is AMAZING! They care about their tenants deeply and they try so hard to help everyone out. One time I saw our property manager helping change a tire of a senior tenant. Who does that? Thats so nice of them to care so much about their tenants! The reason you may find negative reviews is because they are strict on making their tenants follow the rules (that are clearly always explained prior). The property managers allow us to have guest parking here, and they ultimately dont have to allow this! The rule is clear, anyone can only park in the visitor parking area during the hours of 8PM to 8AM. If anyones vehicle is there before or after that timeframe they get towed. There are signs clearly written that explain this at each visitor parking spot. People do not read the signs that are at those spots nor are they reading the written communications that are sent out from the property management. When they get towed and have to pay to get their cars back, they get upset and write bad reviews. Simply put if you are a rule follower, this is a GREAT place to live! If you dont know how to read a simple email and dont know how to follow rules this place is simply not for you! You need to know that rules are enforced here to keep the property and people safe and clean. I do not do Google reviews usually so please take my advice and believe me when I say this place is actually great!

Don't live here. Your car will get towed for frivolous reasons such as expired tabs. Why a private company is concerned with my government issued tabs, beats me. They have an "in" with the towing company (Frovik's) and will find any reason to tow you. Parking here is the most ridiculous parking situation I've ever experienced. 4 guest spaces for 100s of residents? OK cool. Oh and when you do get towed, it will get towed to Ham Lake and will cost you hundreds to get your car back.
