There are no security cameras and everyone steals absolutely everything. Do not have any packages delivered here or they will be stolen before you can even walk downstairs to get them. Whole complex smells like weed 24/7, loud neighbors and constant maintenance issues that are never solved. Do not move here at any cost

My husband and I have had a pleasant experience at Colonial Estates. The apartments are newly renovated and very clean. Management and staff are friendly and are genuinely concerned about any issues we might have here. Any issues we might have are resolved in a timely manner. For the most part it is quiet here and people are friendly. I would recommend Colonial Estates to my family and friends.

Colonial Estates - A Haven for Mismanagement and Lack of Security My experience at Colonial Estates was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This place managed to hit all the wrong notes when it came to security, management, and overall living conditions. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a disappointment this place turned out to be, even though it seemed so nice for the price. Let's start with the management - a textbook example of incompetence and shadiness. When they were trying to get me to sign the lease, they were all smiles and promises. However, once I was locked into that agreement, their true colors were put on display. Tao and Julie were anything but professional. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed to have an utter lack of respect for the residents. Every interaction I had with them left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It was as if they considered us mere nuisances rather than paying tenants deserving of basic respect and courtesy. Security was virtually non-existent at Colonial Estates. My car was broken into on one unfortunate occasion, and I was shocked to discover that there were absolutely no security cameras on the premises. It's as if they were inviting criminals to have a field day in the parking lot. The lack of effort to ensure the safety of residents' vehicles is simply unacceptable. Package theft was another common occurrence in this disaster of an apartment complex. I lost count of how many times my deliveries disappeared without a trace. The fact that they didn't have any measures in place to prevent or address this issue shows a complete disregard for their residents' belongings. The hallways were a living testament to the lack of respect for rules and regulations. They were constantly filled with the stench of smoke and weed. It seemed like everyone around me was smoking up a storm, and the management couldn't care less about enforcing any smoking policies. The doors in this place were a complete joke. They were frequently unsecured, didn't work properly, or were conveniently propped open for anyone to walk in uninvited. The level of negligence when it came to residents' safety was utterly appalling. Lastly, move-out was another huge ordeal. Tao and Julie were quick to invent fees and charges, claiming that I had left the apartment in poor condition. This couldn't have been further from the truth, as I had spent countless hours ensuring the place was spotless. The assistant (Sierra) even said my apartment was spotless and that she could not find anything wrong. Their dishonesty only added to my frustration with this appalling management duo. In conclusion, Colonial Estates is a disaster zone that should be avoided at all costs. The terrible management, lack of security measures, frequent package thefts, dishonest cleaning fees, smoke-filled hallways, and unsecured doors make this place an absolute nightmare to live in. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a safe and decent place to call home. Trust me; you'll thank yourself later.
