I called Mike over a month ago and he called me back once, said he would call again to set up an appointment, but he never followed up. I tried to reach him multiple times, left multiple messages and my husband called to, but unfortunately, he has not taken the time to get in touch. It could've been a great experience. How are you supposed to have service if no one will call you back? I am very disappointed and truly regret having to leave negative feedback, but there has to be better quality service. He has really good reviews, but he does not live up to them. He may be great at trimming trees, but his customer service skills are lacking greatly! I can't recommend this service. I would never even bother calling again. Instead, I went to Rick's Tree Service in Duluth, they actually have someone answering the phones and I was able to set up an appointment right away!

We recently used Mikes Tree Service. I would highly recommend he and his crew. They were very professional and provided great service. Pricing was very fair. Give him a call!

Michael was VERY FAST at returning my call about clearing some large tree branches on our property. He came out to give me a quote within a couple of days and had the job done that weekend!! His work was professional and FAIRLY priced. HIGHLY recommend giving him a call for any tree service needs.
