Where do I start... They cut our tree down so that's a plus. After that is where it kind of became a nightmare that we paid over 2000 dollars for.... -We agreed on a specific price then they charged my girlfriend more while I was at work, before the job was done. -They knocked over our fire pit and just left it. -They didn't stack the wood where we agreed, they just made a pile directly on our lawn. -They broke our sump pump drainage pipe. Now I have a giant mud pit near our shed entrance that I have to fix. -They left the stump about 2 feet tall. -They left the biggest pieces scattered throughout our backyard for me to clean up myself weighing in at over 3-400 pounds a piece. -They left our lawn trashed. I have divots that devour my size 13 boot with plenty of room to spare. I talked to them about these issues and they said they would come out to talk about it. I assumed it was to right at least some of these issues. They never did come back out. In fact they blew me off. When I contacted them again they tried to solicit me to get the wood hauled away which I had already told them we wanted to keep it for fire wood. Would not recommend these rookies. I had a dangerous tree hanging over my house and even though theyre so busy they got to me really quick and took care of the problem. Did an excellent job. I would recommend to everybody.
