      image Looked like a hostile work environment created by former manager, current field leader, in area. Quacked like, store apprentice, now manager, #0338 eden prairie (Cauc, Presents M, Glasses, Falsetto), made inappropriate physical contact on the line (pressed stomach against left buttock, confirmed by corp rep Pritchard). Swam like, termed for abandonment after 26 hours. This after calling the health inspector and sharing wage of 17.75 in work chat. There's more, don't let your kids get used here.

      image Im not one for writing reviews because everyone has their bad days but the atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable, I was spoken over by other employees while they were having their own conversation in the middle of my order, told to hush by one of them. Was given attitude when I asked a simple question about the meat. To top it off when I was paying they handed me my burrito with no bag, so I asked do I get a bag or and I was told I could bag it myself if I wanted one.
      I work in food service and this was just kind of unreal, stop hiring incompetent morons that cant do a simple job.

      image Never going here again. Once again they got my order wrong. Ordered a kids quesadilla and they put spicy queso dip in it. Who in their right mind would think thats ok? They also forgot chips and the juice with the kids meal. Tried to get a refund but their bot app is a joke and gave me rewards. Tried calling the store and guess what, another bot! This place is a joke. Avoid at all costs!!!

      image I have been a customer for 5+ years. During my order, one of your employees was taking an overly aggressive approach against me for asking basic questions and for confirming my order. If you hire employees for the front line assembly they should have certain customer service skills. The employee in question was at the Chanhassen location around 6pm on April 4th, had a scraggly moustache, and a tattoo with a name written in cursive on each arm. Am hoping management will be able to correct the attitude.
