        This Chipotle location is great. Nice employees who actually listen to your requests and are still fast. Place seemed clean enough. And, as a bonus they actually had limes for me over dinner time when other locations have seemed to magically run out anytime after the lunch rush. If in doubt about the other nearby west side locations, opt for this one. :)

        We came to this location for the first time at about 8:30 p.m. on Saturday 6/24/2023. I must say the staff was wonderful! I believe her name may be Janay But it may be something else... She had top tier customer service which you don't see a lot nowadays. She was very helpful and explained steps I had to take to order a chicken quesadilla online. She was patient although we had a line of people behind us. Thank you for your kindness! The food was fresh and fast service as well.

        My experience was really frustrating. Even though the place was completely empty, I ended up waiting at the pickup area for a solid 20 minutes. Nobody even noticed me until the chefs in the back pointed me out. Then, the lady at the front just asks me if I ordered like it's an afterthought. Worst part? She tossed my food over with a mean look on her face.
