The property manager call backed me directly after sending my request to rent a unit , very polite, professional and patient to me , everything was running smoothly ! High recommend!

My Wife and I are enthused to be living here for many reasons .....extremely attractive and comfortable apartment with great accessories and a large deck. Of great importance to me is there is no noise through the walls or from the tenant above, it is so quiet it feels like I am the only tenant in the building. There is a great workout room, storage space for a reasonable monthly charge and even a pool table. For me it is close to work and shopping areas. It is good to call the VENUE 'home'.

I LOVE living at the Venue! The building is quiet, amenities are amazing and the location is perfect!! We enjoy the friendly community of people who live here as well as the fun community around the area. The endless walking and biking trails and scenic views right outside the door is perfection and mentally healing! Misty and Bob are always looking out for the tenants, we are very fortunate to have them managing the building!!

There is EVERYTHING that i wanted in this apartment, and location is amazing, and amenities in the building aNd everything is so neat and stylish and quiet and very good quality!!!! Compared to many other apartment complexes i have seen. And most importantly property manager Misty is the best of the best! Very thorough in explaining everything, taking care of my needs answering all questions i had, she is such a sweetheart i couldnt ask for better property manager! And maintenance staff is great!!!! . I am just so in love with my new home i dont think i ever would want to leave it
