Venue Apartments

Misty made my apartment hunting experience so easy. Looking at various apartments and all of Venues amenities was without pressure and at ease. We reviewed the lease and signed with everything explained. The apartment is spotless thanks to Santos. Lee took great care to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition. Im now looking forward to my move in day and meeting my neighbors.

It's a very clean and beautiful apartment. I chose this place because the view was great. The residents were kind and warmly welcomed. I'm looking forward to living here.

We love living at Venue. The location is just perfect in the awesome city of Chanhassen. Misty, the apartment manager is the absolute best! She is so prompt with anything that might come up from maintenance needs to planning the very best parties to making sure that we have everything we need to make our living situation exactly right! We cannot say enough great things about Misty! Thanks Roers for hiring the very best apartment manager that we could ask for and for having the stellar apartments that are Venue. Our experience has been a A+!

The Venue is a fantastic place to live! The amenities are delightful! We have used every single party room and gathering space over our time here. Misty, the manager, is super responsive to any questions, concerns or requests! Her leadership and positive attitude are contagious and seemingly everyone in the building is kind because they are treated with kindness and gratitude by management and staff. It really is a lovely community!

We have lived here for over two years. Misty and Lee do a great job of taking care of tenants and creating a community at the Venue! Its a very convenient location in Chanhassen. .
