        The manager at the Cambridge location is extremely rude to customers and employees. While eating at this location, a young employee made an order mistake and tried to correct it, unsuccessful. The manager spoke to him in a very derogatory tone and fashion so loud that everyone in the dining room could hear her. I spoke to her regarding it and she was extremely rude and condescending with me. Both myself and my spouse were very uncomfortable after her comments, and another dinner looked quite uncomfortable as well.

        My biggest issue with Wendy's has to be the prices. I find it hard to justify the crazy prices on combos 2 meals ran us up to $28 sadly fast food is becoming too expensive. For this price I'd rather save a little bit by going to Arby's or Busy Boys(rice bowls with drink slaps). Another minor thing tables were not actively being cleaned but still had plenty of clean tables.

        Cashier scanned my phone for an advertised price deal with the Wendy's app. When I realized I was charged full price the manager on duty said it was too late for her to do anything. Everyone that is complaining Wendy's is more expensive than a sit down restaurant is correct. You get better service and food at a sit down restaurant. What is Wendy's thinking? I hope everyone that works there is ready for the day Wendy's files for bankruptcy. If they keep charging these prices and providing poor service that day is coming soon. Never returning.
