        I slowed down ordering from Macy's. I needed my ring fixed and took it in over 2 weeks, no call, nothing. I'm trying to get a hold of a Macy's rep. and it is impossible. Want to see if my ring is ready and seriously, I've called different days over the weekend and they still don't answer. I left messages and nothing. I use to be a valued customer free shipping and all the perks. Now I've started going to Penny's more often. They honestly make me feel valued and they answer every time I call. Now imagine that! True customer service.

        Ive been calling for about an hour now and its impossible to get through to someone! And the ONE time someone did answer they hung up on us before we could even ask our question. Its unreal we have to go through so much just to talk to someone on the phone.
