        Since October a return of $602.55 on my Macy's card has not been credited. Merchandise returned- in possession of Macy's at Ridgedale. Several phone calls- disconnects. Yesterday arrived at 1:37-2 hours later after transfer & transfer & checking with supervisor- call was disconnected. Sent screen shots of statement- 3 separate photos. Lance? Vance was amazing. Great service- so patient. We were both disappointed when call was disconnected & no resolution after 5+ months. I have been a loyal shopper since it was Dayton/ Hudson. 30+ years. Spent thousands + thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, no satisfaction.
