No issues from our end. Maintenance personnel are really good and extremely very helpful and when you need them or you send work- order. Kudos for them.

This place is the worst that I have ever rent. The new company Peak Living are ripping off people calling themselves luxury homes when theyre not. The town's homes are over priced and super small and ugly formed. The managers are irresponsible and never help. Always changing management. Ifyoure thinking about moving dont even think about it, this new company Peak living charge you for every and they obligate you to get services that you dont need it; for example, before this place was bought out the previous owner did not charge you for the trash, it wa including in the rent now they also are including in the new lease contract extra $20 fee for the trash cans to be take, and also the parking lot was open to everyone, now you can not even park outside your garage because theyre doing business with Tysons towing who send people to watch the properties in a particular car and call the towing truck to get your car, we had bring complaint about the inconvenience of parking and the towing and they do not care at all. Furthermore, they also have a third party who does their invoices charging the renter $5 and now they are imposing an amenity for a cable/ media with Comcast and they put that on you bill and you can not cancel the contract to use Comcast they make you pay them, but you are responsible for the service to come and install it and whatever comes..... this is a ridiculous, abusing place to leave..they still money from you with fees from all over.. worst place to rent you will be paying for rent and fees more than) $2,300 plus you utilities bills ..
