        The upkeep of facility and cleanliness is rather spectacular in general, but the floors are unfortunately quite thin in the apartments, as I deal with a lot of noise coming into my space from above (neighbor uses a subwoofer, mixed with a creaky floor)- which is important to me to try and avoid. Otherwise very impressed with staff and maintenance.

        Staff is top notch! Move in was flawless! Apartment was very clean and in outstanding condition. We needed a minor service issue dealt with in a closet. I put a ticket in for service team at 4PM on Friday. Thinking maybe get it done next week sometime. Frank was at our door about 10 minutes later. Finished in about two minutes with a giant smile on his face. Shannon and her team are all amazing.
