I've lived here for 1 full day and already had stuff stolen because Amazon doesn't know how to go to peoples apartments. But my review is for lack of security. There are no cameras to catch thieves stealing people's hard earned packages and management take 0 responsibility. Also, the fetch system is flawed and don't work. Very irritated and disappointed. I came all the way from Texas just to be robbed. Update. Apartment complex has gotten worst since the transition of the new owners. It's unsafe and unclean to live in. The garage stays disgusting, there is still zero security and the management cares more about their timeliness for getting things done rather than what's convenient for the resident. Would give zero stars if I could. I don't and wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. UPDATE! Fast forward to month three if being in this awful complex. I've been out of hot water for three days now. They refuse to do anything about it. They finally sent somebody over but he couldn't fix it. It's now in the 60s outside and I'm fighting off a cold. But if I want to get clean, they're forcing me to take a cold shower. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THESE CON ARTISTS. So now my rent is almost $100 more than when I started just 4 months ago. Gradually increasing my rent for a completely ghetto run down dump of a complex. I'm praying these people get shut down soon. They're ripping people off. Update to my updates. New management can't keep help, they've also raised people's rent by thousands of dollars and since they refuse to give us access to our leases, there's no way to prove it. My lease is ending the end of May and they won't let me tell them that I'm not renewing. This has been The worst experience at an apartment complex I've ever had. Now it's March 2024 and there was a shooting in one of the buildings. This place is unclean, unprofessional and very unsafe. If you have children or if you don't do drugs, DO NOT MOVE HERE....

Dont move here Im telling you its not worth the Stress maintenance doesnt come out until youve constantly called them every day for two months and then they get mad they come out they half fix it and it breaks again. The office people constantly change because they cant retain employees because the place sucks your neighbors spit on your car in the garage. The people who have dogs dont pick up their dog poop so it smells horrible outside all the time theres constant drafts, so your energy bills will be high because you cant keep your apartment warm This is the worst place to live on the planet. Dont move here save yourself the headache and the stress dont move here. Also they NEVER answer the phone, they wont give you a copy of your lease. This is a lawyers dream lawsuit if they really need one. This place should never be allowed to rent. This place is horrible. And the maintenance staff (aka Steve) steals your mail.police report has been filed. Dont rent here. Worst place to live.

Worst property management and ownership ever. Consistent random senseless rent hikes and completely diminished level of standards and service regarding property maintenance and upkeep. Now you are forced to pay for an internet service that no one wants, uses or has heard of and it would appear that the property owners have a financial investment in that company (xiber(whatever that is) as well. Should be illegal if it is not. Especially ridiculous that this was added and forced during the pandemic when people are struggling to figure out how to pay rent in the first place. They own other properties and have similar complaints from residents. Especially regarding this ridiculous forced apparent internet scam. Not sure if this is all just a ploy to turn this into a section eight complex so they can extort additional money from the government but wow has this place went down hill! As you can see from other reviews this place is in constant decline but rent goes up multiple times a year with no added benefit or value. No restroom facilities at the pool which is in violation of the health code! Went down to the pool @08:30pm 7/23/23 a half hour before the pool closes and found two young children locked in the pool area via the deadbolt that only the property management has keys for. Incredible that they can be this stupid and wreckless. Not only could you consider this false imprisonment but if something were to happen to either of them they would not have been able to get out and get help. 3/30/2024 hosting it's first shooting! That's right, rent here and you can likely get shot by your next door neighbor through the walls!
