Hands down one of the worst apartments/investment companies you could rent from. No one cares about anything except extracting the maximum amount of money from you. For a gross, small 1 bedroom apartment and garage, I'm paying over $1600 a month. Utilities are billed through a 3rd party called CONservice (ironically appropriate name), and it's done extremely unfairly. The maintenance team throws away appliances, windows etc, while residents leave mattresses, furniture, etc by the dumpsters. Guess who gets to pay for it? ($30-40 a month).
"Common area gas" is another $30-40 per month, because they like keeping the hallways at 80 degrees constantly. Even running heat in the warmer months. The window AC units can barely maintain a liveable temp, leading to $150+ electric bills. Carpets and surfaces are filthy, bug infestations every other day with ants, cockroaches etc, our carpet was urine soaked and still reaks to this day. Our wood trim has nails sticking out, and looked like it was installed by an incompetent child, among other problems.
Drugs are dealt in the parking lots daily, with residents propping doors open. I've called the police and complained many times, but no one cares at all. There are so many terrible stories and issues we've had here but it's simply impossible to keep track of them all. I have hundreds of photos proving the ineptitude of management, and cannot wait to move from here and never come back. Don't bother asking for help with any of these issues, because all the office workers will do is say they can't help because it's a 3rd party utility service (if you can even find a worker in the complex).
Trust me, DO NOT RENT HERE. You will regret it. This place should be taken down by the attorney general, and I feel for the people who get taken advantage of

Good evening, the service was poor as I arrived and found a waste in the bathroom, they only scraped the ceiling but left garbage in the tub on the floor, they did not finish the repair, they even left me the tool in the bathroom, the key to the bathroom. Dish sink keeps leaking water, just like the tub faucet
