The lady at the front desk if very rude and unprofessional. They for sure need to get someone professional and customer friendly at the front desk. I will for sure be reaching out to cooperate about her. My appointment was scheduled at 11 am and they changed it to 10:30 am after booking the appointment. I arrived at 10:25 and my husband came to the door to meet a closed sign and no one inside. We waited until the door said open which someone else was allowed to be waited on before me. The lady at the front desk proceeded to give me attitude as if it was my fault that I was not waited on first and said she didnt let him in because he wasnt a woman when we came at 10:25. Makes no sense. I was then having a private conversation with my husband about the situation and she butted in to tell me I was rude. This experience is crazy on a whole other level.
