There are no words to describe how bad of an experience I have had dealing with Vix. I have hired Ralph Vix three months ago to file a fiduciary tax and I have been told it will get done with in "a couple of weeks." After a few weeks, I called multiple times but didn't receive an answer. After emailing him, he returned my call and started giving me short answers like "it's not done" "working on it" etc. On September 15th 2021, he emailed me and my lawyers and said "I've been slammed with work and everything should be done by the end of September." As a business owner myself, I understand things can come up and remained patient. Shortly after that conversation, Ralph stopped taking our calls and responding to our emails. To this day, he has never reached out to explain where things went wrong. He wasted 3+ months of my time and didn't even bother to offer an explanation. The lack of professionalism is astounding. I would highly recommend to not go with this man if you are looking for CPA work.
