Second year in a row that our appointment was canceled with no phone call or reason why. And there were four others with that time slot for an appointment sitting in the lobby when we got there as well as a person with an appointment an hour before ours who was still sitting in the lobby. They had two tax preparers and no front desk. I have been using H&R Block for the past ten years, and my wife has since she was 18. Guess we need to find somewhere else now since this is two years in a row.

Had to return to this place 3x. A bunch of hassles. And to find out that last year H&R Block screwed up my taxes. Just a nightmare of a place. DON'T COME HERE. Waste of time. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Last time I will ever do my tax at HR block
Waited for an hour and yet they mess up my return. Called many times to know whats going on, no one had a clue and they kept saying we will call you back
