You dont appear to want feedback as my comments have been rejected online and by email but I will try again. This is the email I sent. The system froze halfway through and lost my feedback. I have had great experiences with TCO but this was not one of them. Delayed by more than an hour from when I was roomed, I felt no support. In the 80 seconds that Dr. Gerlach was in the room he answered my main question (surgery unlikely needed) but then hustled off and I had to harass a nurse for what PT I should do. That was a 20 second interaction where she crossed off two exercises from a wrist handout (my injury was metacarples/flanges) and sent me on my way. I know that medicine has become a grind - my recently retired physician wife is all the proof I need of that. It may just be me, but I was expecting more than the Monty Python treatment of not dead yet Sent from my iPad
