I came into urgent care with a potential stress fracture, it took maybe 5 minutes to get someone to take a look. I got X-rayed and consulted afterwards, and the whole process took maybe 30 minutes. Very efficient and knowledgeable staff.

I was assisted quickly and efficiently for the pain in my right hip and side. The staff was friendly and helpful, and after my X-rays were examined my fears of sugical complications were much relieved. I was able to continue my trip to Nebraska and Iowa confident that no immediate treatment (beyond heat and over the counter pain-killers) would be needed before the following week.

I've been to this location for two workers comp injuries and two other injuries at another TCO office. Unfortunately treatment for each was only minimally helpful. Two doctors at this location have given up on two separate injuries, both telling me to find a different job and to come back when my latest injury flares up worse for a conclusive MRI. This after having surgery during the COVID pandemic where a well-known Dr/surgeon changed the plan just before being wheeled into the operating room. The changes were not explained well and I was not given time to consider future implications. Worse yet, I was not of clear mind to make the decision. I was giving medication shortly before the nerve block stating that I would feel like I drank two or three margaritas to prepare me for the nerve block. OWCP denied coverage but thankfully it was disputed and DOL paid.
