Great service and even though theres usually a 2-4 hour stay I get in and out in 2 hours. Theyre very good in detail and good about services.

Worst service that I have ever received the people there need to understand that everyones time is important not just theres!

planned parenthood is a great resource and this review isnt a knock on what they do provide. the last two times i have come here to try to get my IUD replaced, they told me it's fine for another year or 2. which is fine! happy i can put it off. the problem is i took work off both times to come here so why couldn't they have told me this over a phone call or email so i didn't have to leave work to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes only to be told to go home? i was beyond frustrated yesterday. they have called and talked to me twice since i scheduled the appointment. they had my charts and history. they could have told me over the phone that i don't need to replace it yet. also when i inquired about scheduling a pap and breast exam they said its recommended every 5 years now instead of every year and i had one 2 years ago. when i asked if they have issues getting insurance to cover that if its more frequent than 5 years, she said they wouldn't even move forward with the visit. literally telling me they won't do my pap or breast exam for 3 more years. idk if that is the insurance companies "recommending" it or the doctors but breast or cervical cancer can certainly crop up and spread in that time frame... i know people my age (29) who have died or been diagnosed of both. i have family members who have died from breast cancer. i don't want to wait that long to get checked. i don't understand why they would just refuse to do it even if insurance wouldn't pay. I'm the patient, if im concerned about something, why wont you listen to me? im just not going to come here anymore. i'm so sick of them wasting my time.
