They've been consistently getting worse. I'm regularly told they're "too busy" to assist on the phone but if you try to show up in person without calling ahead you can expect it to be at minimum a 45 minute process to get helped. They will regularly miss one or more meds, will tell me something is ready when it's not or vice versa, will tell me that a prescription will be ready in 15 minutes but 30 minutes later they somehow need another 20 minutes. Tonight even after calling ahead and spending 10 minutes on hold before getting someone, I spent 45 minutes in the drive thru trying to get someone to respond to me calling for help without any acknowledgement whatsoever before having to finally just leave without my medication. If they're really this busy they need to hire new people. It's so disorganized and unprofessional and there's always the feeling that helping you is the least important thing to them. I'll be transferring pharmacies after being a customer here for years.
