had the doctor replace 3 crowns from way back when 20 yr old ones, I've seen a lot of dentist in my lifetime, he's definitely top 3 that I know. will be seeing you again.

Office staff friendly at time of visit on 2/3/22, however...
I was told by staff that that I would have to pay out of pocket for the services they were recommending and they tried on multiple occasions to have me sign agreeing to the charges they wanted me to pay. I refused to sign as it read like a contract and I had not agreed to the services or charges. I proceeded to go to my vehicle to call my insurance, they said the office can submit a prior authorization for the services. I walked immediately back to the building and informed staff they can submit this prior authorization. Staff said they would submit it and call me when they heard back from my insurance. I called office back on 2/14/22 for an update. They said that the prior auth had been submitted and they would call me when they received a response. Today (5/24/22) I called back for an update. I was told that no prior auth had been sent and that they could submit it now. I told the staff that this was no true and reiterated above. I have asked for my records to be sent to me so I canbtake my care elsewhere.
