I had the worse experience today with their dental hygienist, Karli. My appointment lasted only 10 minutes(this is including X-rays) because of how she treated me. At the start of my appointment, I greeted her. She was short with her response. So I didnt think much of it. I wished I just went with my gut at that time and reschedule my appointment because it only went downhill from here. I get to the room, she asked about my health if anything has changed since the last appointment to which I told her no. I asked for numbing cream on my gums because I have sensitive teeth which she is aware as shes been the only hygienist Ive had clean my teeth. She starts to clean my teeth after applying numbing cream. She wasnt gentle and when my teeth began to hurt while she cleaned, I groaned then stopped her to tell her I feel pain. She replied with ok then started cleaning. She did it again and ignored when I expressed I was in pain. So I stopped her again. She told me, you need to work with me so I can get the cleaning done. You can get hurt
I didnt say anything at this time and she proceeded to clean. Then she did the same as shes done the 2 times before. Finally, I told her, ouch and Im not going to continue this cleaning. She looked surprise and asked in a soft voice, are you sure because I can finish? Honestly, Karli should find a different profession.
This message is to Karli. You work on people! If its not your number one priority to ensure patients are safe, comfortable, and not in pain while in your care then you need to quit your job!!! Your manners and behavior is unacceptable.

This is really a great facility along with the professionals that work there. They listen and care about you. The front desk folks are awesome. I would give them nothing but 5 stars because they do great work but their employee turnover is crazy. I see new faces every time I go there.
