Nicole you are amazing and so welcoming ! This is our first time renting an apartment and we have so many questions. She made sure we understand everything with so much patience. Today we came little late and she help us till 7:30 pm. We are so greatful . You made us feel confident to rent this apartment ! Thank you

LIARS , ROACHES, MICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT By The Way I have no bad blood since I dont live there anymore but I definitely have to let others know about the experience before anyone decides to more there fr. 1: They gave me a fake exterminator, I had to get one because the building had roaches and mice. When an actual one came back after they so called been sending one in , the actual one that finally came told me he stopped coming to the company due to them not being able to pay for them to actually come out. Other than that I had way more terrible experiences including having to kill roaches and trap mice in my home due to the buildings infestation and it was so bad I would see roaches outside sometimes by the dumpster when I would take out the trash! 2: Management is horrible and I think it might be better now since Brian isnt the head anymore. He was very racist and also got let go due to calling an African American race a black monkey. He also had a lot of disrespectful words to say to me before and my mother as well. This apartment goes through so many different manager its horrible. 3: neighbors are cool for sure and I could deal with management , like there NO HELP when it comes to issues but the only thing I couldnt deal with was the roaches and mice. 4:I lived there for a while but in between 2022-2023 they developed a infestation of roaches and mice so I left since the situation could not get under control and since I didnt feel comfortable with management at the time. I will say the best part about living here was Althea, she doesnt work here anymore but when she did thats when everything seemed more in line and peaceful/welcoming. Now idk because Im not there anymore but over been there to pick up mail recently and the person in office now after so many people does not seem friendly and I can tell will not last in that position for the fountains long.

Joe & Nicole are Awesome!! Any problems that I have are addressed immediately. Work Orders are satisfied usually the same day. Spacious Master Bedroom, Quiet Building, and different Activities for tenants to participate in. I like having my own Garage and my Washer and Dryer in my Apartment.

I love living at the fountains in Brooklyn park Nicole is amazing she polite respectful and always has the right answers and her smile is beautiful and Brian is always helping someone even if he is busy and is prompt and always smiling two of the best all star team I called at 9am and Brian from maintenance was there at 9:05 am great team work I just love them

I have visited the Fountains over the last year and have worked with the property manager and maintenance team. They are great partners and easy to communicate with. One of the most affordable properties in the area with great amenities and staff! Highly recommend!
