Total slum run down. Used to live here back in the day. Places might of been renovated but I see dont any improvements. Still like it was then. Parking is bad you run the high risk of your car being towed if youre a visitor. I have a friend that I visit that still lives here and hes disabled. I always have to run outside every ten minutes intervals to make sure my car doesnt get towed. The garbage dumpsters are chock full of trash and mega gross and disgusting they are. The whole complex wreaks of marijuana and drug smoke. My friends mailbox has been backed into and destroyed twice management wont fix or replace his mailbox where he has to walk far away to the post office to retrieve his mail. Not right! This townhouse complex seems decayed. Kids run around and dont look out when cars are pulling and backing out. I didnt like it here than but I certainly dont like it now. People in Unity Place just seem like they do what they want. Low income complex for SLOBS ! This place isnt UNITY PLACE its THE PONDS!

The maintenance team is great at what they do and definitely will get the job done in a timely manner!

Unity Place owes me $ 40.00 for reimbursement of mailbox keys. Would have given 5 stars if not for this!
