2023 While Charles left, Patti is my talent now! Amazing. I enjoy that extra smile when I bring her some high end chocolate treats. 2019 - First time there this year and was very pleased with Charles Amevo as a tax person (CPA) He reviewed our previous taxes, asked good questions and was very through. In and out in a timely manner. He printed our tax filing forms for us and a single page for me to get my spouse signature and mail it back. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Their office is in NE corner of this address

My husband and I had our taxes done at BFF for the first time this year. We both own a small business and it was abundantly clear, they don't know the ins and outs of tax preparation for small business owners with lots of deductions. Patti has the worst listening skills I've seen in an adult. She interrupted both my husband and me multiple times, she simply didn't listen to me as I was explaining my situation and then got an attitude with me because she didn't understand. Well duh Patti, you need to actively listen to understand. Patti's treatment of us was so bad that I suggested leaving to my husband in the middle of our appointment and we would have if he didn't need to file for workers comp insurance coverage. At the end of our appointment, Patti brought up her crappy attitude, suggesting "We got off on the wrong foot." No, "we" didn't, you did. Her lame apology was an attempt to keep me from holding her accountable, rather than an acceptance of responsibility for her poor behavior. I'm extremely disappointed in BBF and their employees (except for the front desk woman. She was a peach). I would recommend staying far away unless you have a single w2, your taxes are simple, and you have zero questions on how to file.
