        My visit has been pretty disappointing so far. I had an appointment last week that I received a call 50 minutes before my appointment saying that they wanted to reschedule me for Monday at 3pm. I showed up early (2:25) just to make sure I wasn't late. It now 3:30pm and I still have quite some time to wait is what I have been told. No actual time. They wanted me to leave and come back again. I'm not doing that since tax deadline is tomorrow. I'm at a loss. Can't say anything good. It's now 5:12 and I am being treated like I'm not even here. Everyone else is more important than me apparently. Tom has walked away 5 times already since I have finally sat down. Definitely will be looking for somewhere else to do my taxes.
