If I could leave a negative review I would the girl with long brown hair stood outside the changing room door tapping her foot the entire time asking every 15 seconds if she could take anything and after each item she'd ask again 15 seconds later eventually i asked her to give me some space and she can grab it all together when im done but no change she continued until I left. She was more worried about leaving than letting me take the 5 minutes I had left I was gonna buy over 500 dollars In items she costed the store good money I will not be returning.

Lady presumed to be the manager was quite rude to me and my man. When I needed help with sizing, the other blonde associate was very helpful & sweet to us, but the person that she was answering to literally didnt even smile and told my boyfriend in a really rude way that he couldnt be in the changing room my bf was all embarrassed and felt awkward which is the opposite of her job, Im pretty sure. I did not feel appreciated as a customer at all, especially since we dropped a couple hundred $$$ here. And she was rude. We also waited at the empty register for several minutes, even though there were several other associates. maybe this is due to being close to closing time, or jealousy, or that that particular manager holds an old grudge for me, since I used to work here and she didnt like me back then. But I still expected to be treated like a customer, with basic politeness. I wasnt doing anything besides trying on bras. Bad experience - management needs to be managed This is not up to brand standard. All the other store associates were friendly and polite. . .Customer service isnt terribly complex. I only ask to not be disrespected when i give your company my money. That and whatever the good or service is of course.
