        Im so upset right now. I bought a pair a boots for an event and after I bought them I realized that they are both for the right side foot I tried calling since Im not from that state and it told me to text them. Its literally a robot that Im texting. And it continues to say sorry I dont understand that so annoying.

        Great stuff, but the customer service is really bad. Most of the staff are very nasty. The website has a better service and I was to the one in DC and was better

        Every worker was just rude or didn't care about anything except the cashier guy. My wife wasn't helped properly. They didn't try. I was getting angry but he was ok.

        Embarrassed and Not back again to this location. An employee followed me and asked me to open my tiny bag in the malls hall because there was a door sensor that peeped when someone passed the door. He found nothing in my tiny bag lol.
