        Stayed here for over 3 months for business, ideal location. Close to activities and downtown, close to the highway entrances, super convenient destination chargers. The staff are all amazing, very safe area to explore. Mall of the America's, hiking, business head quarters, Great Wolf Lodge... you can't go wrong staying here.

        The front desk staff was so nice, the hotel was beautiful. The 2 bed room suit was definitely worth every penny. The food was good, the kitchen staff could have been nicer and the room was terribly dusty but otherwise great stay and will stay aging when in the area. The pool was the perfect temp, and the outdoor sitting area was gorgeous!!!

        This was a great place to stay for a mid-week getaway for Spring Break. It is nice that it had separate sleep quarters from eating area. I enjoyed the pool and spa area. The bonus was the delicious breakfast which was included with the stay. On certain weeknights they also included dinner. I would definitely recommend.

        First off, the description on the site I made a reservation was totally misleading. I wanted something comfortable for four people. Two adults and 2 teenagers. The description made it sound like I was getting a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. When I asked the staff about it they were nice enough but said that there was no other rooms available. I looked online and found open rooms at the site that I reserved it originally. Then both days we were there the pool was closed in the evening for deep cleaning until noon the next day. I asked if it were possible to get late check out because of this, they said they were full the next day and they couldn't do it. The lady was very rude about it. I looked again at the site and they had rooms available. It seems to me that they don't want to accommodate even when they have issues with their hotel. I will not stay here again. They need to train staff on customer service. Rooms: The rooms were small for a "suite".

      image Stayed here for over 3 months for business, ideal location. Close to activities and downtown, close to the highway entrances, super convenient destination chargers.       Melissa,Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay with us. I am so sorry about the confusion of the room type that you reserved with the third party website. We are reaching out to that website that you reserved the room to have them adjust the description of the room. I agree that the way the room is described on the website can be confusing. We checked into the availability of a bigger room type for your stay. Unfortunately we did not have a larger room for the duration of your stay. The pool had to be closed early two nights in a row due to guest biohazard contamination that had to be professionally addressed and cleaned before we could open the pool and hot tub back up. For the safety of all of our guests we take those types of issues very seriously. I one again apologize for the poor experience.
