The whole building is filthy. It looks like it has not been cleaned in decades. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and in the room fridge.

First off, Absolutely disgusting. As soon as I walked in I was met with vulgar language from the employees yelling at one another.
The entire building smells like cigarettes and mold.
They promote a continental breakfast however, there was none at 7am not even coffee was offered. But yet it clearly states online that they have that available.
They are not a secure facility as they prop doors open for anyone to access. What is the point of key cards then?
Which is what I look for when booking any place to stay.
I needed a place to stay on short notice and I used my companies benefits site to book and pay for a room that was not worth a penny of my money. The pictures online are not that of what you experience in real life.
I did not have any towels or shower items in the room. Upon going and requesting items from the front desk, one employee was on the phone and the other was watching TV and drinking coffee. Once I requested the towels and items I was handed 2 towels and was told there was no wash cloths or shower items. I left and purchased said items from gas station.
For 75 dollars a night the least a person can expect is to be able to shower and refresh. There was bugs in the room, yes bugs. I did not sleep at all as there was people there that kept banging on walls and yelling. There was people stalking the hallways, doing what? I have no idea but it did not seem they had rooms themselves.
The property is cluttered with garbage and trash.
DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU'RE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR VEHICLE.
To expect a refund is expecting too much I would assume.
I generally stay with Days Inn and Wyndham hotels. But if this is the type of amenities you get, it's not worth it. And will never be staying there again.
